Welcome to CDW! The students and staff strive to accomplish so many amazing things each school year, and I continue to strive to foster a successful learning environment for each and every CDW student.  

My philosophy of education is directly related to Old Tappan’s District Vision, "to create an environment that is both challenging and nurturing for every learner." Building relationships with all critical stakeholders is imperative, and under my leadership, I will continue the CDW’s efforts to ensure that all students learn and grow each day.
