At the time of your conference, please remember to bring copies of the documents listed below. Every parent must provide this information regardless if you have a child who currently attends NVOT.  The high school requires all of the following: To show proof of student identification/proof of natural parent: 1. Copy of child's birth certificate or family certificate (translated into English). 2. Copy of parent/guardian's driver's license, passport, or other form of photo identification. To show proof of residency: 1. Copy of deed, lease, mortgage statement, signed letter from landlord, OR property tax bill 2. Copy of TWO different utility bills (bank statement, PSE&G, phone bill, etc.)
