Dear Grade Eight Parent(s)/Guardian(s):
During the days of February 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, & 12, guidance counselors from Northern Valley Regional High School, Old Tappan, will join us in conducting individual conferences with parents/guardians and our eighth grade students. All eighth graders are expected to attend a scheduling meeting regardless if he/she will be attending a different high school next year. These sessions allow parents/guardians, students, and counselors to discuss, plan, and schedule grade nine student programs. These meetings will be held in the guidance office of Charles DeWolf Middle School. To facilitate scheduling, please access the link below; however, if your child has an IEP, Mrs. Flannery will contact you to schedule your child's conference.

Once there, follow these directions TO SIGN UP:
1) Select the "Sign Up" button next to the time slot that works best for your schedule.
2) Select "Submit and Sign Up" at the bottom of the page.
3) Enter your First Name & Last Name, Your Email, & Re-enter Email.
4) Please enter your child's name in the “My Comments” field.
5) Select “Send Me A Confirmation Email” for an email notification confirming your conference time.
6) Select “Sign Up Now” (If you do not receive your confirmation email promptly, please check your junk/spam folder.)
Should you need to CHANGE YOUR CONFERENCE TIME after it has been submitted:
1) Select "I Need to Change My SignUp" link located at the top of the page.
2) Select "I signed up without a SignUpGenius account"
3) Enter the email address you signed up with.
4) A new email containing a "Click Here to Edit" link will be generated and sent to you
5) Follow the link and change your "Qty" to "0"
6) Click the "Revise My Signup" button.
This will erase your previously selected conference time. To select a new meeting time, simply access the SignUp Genius link again and FOLLOW THE SIGN UP directions again.
The high school will be mailing you a letter regarding providing your “proof of residency” and how to register your child. Please bring copies of any necessary documents to your scheduled conference.
On or around January 24, 2020, we will mail you the course recommendations that are now being organized for your child by his/her teachers. If you have any questions about your child's class placement after receiving these recommendations, we encourage you to reach out to his/her teachers.
