Requirements for applying to other High Schools


1. Email Ms. Adamo with the schools you are applying to by October 3.

2. Submit record release forms to Ms. Adamo by the following deadlines:
a. Catholic Schools: October 28
b. Private/Boarding Schools: December 1
c. Bergen Academies/Tech: December 1
d. Academies @ Englewood: November 11


Letters of Recommendation Requirements:


1. Ask your teacher if he/she will write you a letter of recommendation as soon as you know where you are applying to.

2. Fill out and share the "All About Me" form with the appropriate teacher(s). This form MUST be completed and shared three weeks before the application deadline. The "All About Me" form is located on Ms. Adamo's google classroom titled High School Transition and Application Information.

3. Provide teachers with the necessary recommendation forms and application ID numbers.
